I started my career in New York’s fashion industry out of college. Fun, Fun, Fun. It was exciting, glamorous, and hard, too. I was part of a supply chain production team at a top fashion label and after 10 years I took a sabbatical to raise my two daughters. I am returning to the workplace with a new purpose and commitment to helping others lead their best life. How did I get here? For years, close friends would tell me they loved our conversations. I was a good listener, I gave good advice, I helped them figure things out. After our chats, friends said they felt empowered, supported, and most importantly…heard. I decided to do something with that. I trained to be a life coach to help others set a new course for their lives. I am now a certified Life Coach and I love it. When I meet with clients, we have great conversations. We talk about their goals, develop a timeline and a plan to make the changes they want in their lives. As we go through the process together, we navigate the obstacles together that have hindered them in the past. I am currently pursuing a PhD degree in Happiness Studies, due to graduate May 2029.
